Your Support PIN identifies you as the owner of your account.
To find your Customer ID and Support PIN, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the [NHostn login page].
- Click on the profile icon.
- Your Customer ID will be displayed. Copy it and send it as needed.
To reveal your Support PIN, click on the "PIN: View" option. This will redirect you to the security page of your NHostn account. Copy the Support PIN and share it exclusively with the NHostn technical support team.
